28. November 2019 Update
Tsunamis, floods , earthquakes, landslides… Natural disasters are a not to be overseen during the architectural design process within Japan. Considering the selected location within the building site, earthquakes become a main concern for the design process, the structure therefore becomes the main design topic. As a structural concept, the project attempts to match underground vibrations by moving along the shaking ground, a steel structure is being developed in order to allow the proposal to become part of the ground in which it is buried.
